The Commercial Ecosystems team is a vital part of our Benelux commercial organization. It sits at the crossroads between our business teams, IT and finance. Then take a look at what we think you need to succeed: Responsibilities and Associated Skills: • Project Management: The Ecosystem team is involved in a wide range of projects where we are called upon as project leads or as subject matter experts to represent the business owner's interests. We bring technical and commercial expertise by acting as a bridge between business and back-office teams. • Business Analysis: You understand who your stakeholders are and build your own network within PMI organization. You can elicit their requirements, translating commercial language into clear IT specifications. You do not fear to challenge such requirements and provide alternative solutions. (An IIBA certification is a plus) • Data & Analytics: You are comfortable working with data and know how to extract and manipulate it for reporting, control and analysis purposes. (Power BI certification is a plus) • Robotic Process Automation: You have a hatred of technical debt and are on the lookout for tasks or processes automation. (Knowledge of Power Automate is considered as a plus). • Soft Skills: Clear written & verbal communication. Good stakeholder management. Independent in thought and action. • Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French are a considered as a plus. You will report directly to the Commercial Ecosystem Manager, who in turn reports to the Head of Markets for Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. Please note that we expect the courtesy from your side to inform your current manager about your interest and application, especially after the first interview. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. • Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings: 1. Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions) 2. Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking) 3. Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
