Your ‘day to day’: At Philip Morris Asia Limited (“PMAL”), Philip Morris International (PMI) affiliate in Hong Kong, You will… • Lead a team to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and plans in a geographically defined area. • Responsible for providing a high level of merchandising to all strategic accounts within the area and ensuring the planning process to ensure trade compliance. • Achieve sales target within the assigned territories across all channels (General Trade, Key Accounts). • Lead, coach, and empower subordinates by communicating company direction, functional initiatives, cycle tasks and ensure efficient Cycle Plan implementation. • Regularly evaluate and follow through objectives to improve effectiveness of the team performance by providing practical and product trainings to the team for continuous development. • Identify and build an excellent merchandising platform as a team at the responsible district. • Compile contract terms and handle the respective territory budgets in all merchandising placements fulfilling consumer segmentation and cost efficiency. • Develop business partnerships with correspondent retailers and identify potential business opportunities with the team to develop sales plans. • Coordinate with internal cross functional team members on the sales cycle activities, brand and commercial initiatives. • Design and implement sales plans to seize business opportunities by combining performance reports and marketing insights. • Conduct frequent field audits to supervise team’s performance, and to achieve high stock availability. • Guide and develop the team by engaging the team’s dynamics to enhance business Who we’re looking for: • College/University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines. • Minimum 5 to 10 years related experience in General Trade, Field Sales management. • 2 years of supervisory experience, FMCG industry will be an advantage. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Excellent command of English and Cantonese, both spoken and written. • Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset.
