YOUR TASKS: • Product Strategy: Development and implementation of a short- and long-term product strategy based on product, consumer and trade with the goal of sustainable market leadership • Product Management: Develop and manage the entire RRP tobacco portfolio in any profitable segment (price, flavor, format) to meet current and projected demand and ensure sustainability and effectiveness • Innovation Pipeline: Develop new and innovative product concepts with growth potential to address latent unmet consumer needs. Coordinate product and packaging development process with Philip Morris International and involved stakeholders to ensure speed to market • Elaborate product & innovation strategies into business cases, annual and LRP budgets and targets, and initiate and execute the development of brainstorming platforms to establish a regular innovation process • Budget: manage project budget for optimal allocation of spend across initiatives to achieve defined KPIs • Leadership: direct employee management and ensure professional development, in the form of development activities as well as independent leadership responsibility to enhance personal and professional competencies YOUR PROFILE: • Business Degree in marketing, sales or business development or comparable field(s) of study • At least 4 years of professional experience ideally in the field of strategic brand positioning, brand management and/or product management • Ideally first leadership experience and the ability to promote and develop employees in a goal-oriented manner • High level of self-management, commitment and leadership skills • Strong communication skills as well as conceptual thinking and organized working style • Strong project management skills • Fluent English and German language skills Do you want to be part of this transformation?
