Your ‘day to day’: At Philip Morris Asia Limited (“PMAL”), Philip Morris International (PMI) affiliate in Hong Kong, you will report to the Manager, National Key Accounts, Hong Kong & Macau, responsible for developing and leading assigned key accounts in terms of planning, executing strategies and maintaining timely and effective communication with key cross-functional counterparts. • Lead development and implementation of regional strategies within designated accounts that are consistent with PM brand strategies to build opportunities in the area to help achieve agreed volume and market share targets. • Define account-specific targets to reflecting each account's needs and capabilities that enable the department to better understand the role that each account needs to play within the total KA Plan. • Ensure the performance of allocated accounts with on track performance against the set targets. Provide accurate market data, KA dynamics and competitor intelligence, to improve the Company’s understanding of KA trade. • Build and develop relationships with the main accounts to secure preferred partnership and to capitalize on business growth opportunities to achieve smooth execution of agreed plans and objectives. • Explore business opportunity to enhance volume and profitability through communications and positive relationship building with responsible accounts. • Work closely with B2B, B2C & commercial activations team on trade program, consumer engagement program, digital engagement and other activation initiatives deployment & evaluation. • Ensure sufficient product exposure at designated accounts as per the plan-o-gram and terms and conditions of the contract. • Uphold corporate integrity and values, ensuring all activities are in alignment with PMI policies and procedures, including Sales Force Operating Policies and Procedures, local and federal laws, and International Marketing Code Who we’re looking for- someone who is • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent • At least 5+ years of working experience in the FMCG industry in Hong Kong & Macau markets • Experienced in key account management or sales • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Result-oriented and self-motivated • Ability to build and develop relationships with clients • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese What we offer: Our success depends on our talents who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
