Associate IT Analyst (Disability hiring)

The role is dynamic, fast moving, multitasking and multifaceted. Purpose of the Position: Associate IT Analyst will work with team members within the Platform Operations Support group to support PMJ’s digital platform. The candidate will be involved mainly in the area of security and controls to ensure compliance with PMI guidelines but will also be exposed to the areas of application run & support and quality assurance. Principal Accountabilities • Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving • Work with L1 Support team and development partners to resolve system issues using PMJ service management process • Perform system controls based on PMI IT policies • Work with external service providers to ensure the service quality and timeliness • Collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures and guidelines and efficient use of tools and technologies • Create and maintain systems/services documentations, operating manuals, admin related tasks within assigned scope • Performs other duties as required. • Builds his/her own expertise while collaborating with professionals across the global organization of Philip Morris International Requirements: - Physical Disability Certificate holder - Living in Japan - College/University degree - Extensive professional experience working as an IT Service delivery. - Understanding on Service Management Process, Application Monitoring and Performance Management - Results oriented and positive interpersonal skills - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Business level English is mandatory, Japanese proficiency is preferable What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
