US Tax Compliance Manager - Federal

Your ‘day to day’: • Manage and execute federal and international tax compliance for PMI and its affiliates including US taxation and reporting related to the international operations. You will also execute local tax compliance activities for the organization and assist with federal tax compliance • Work collaboratively with the Director Tax Compliance & Audits to file the US federal income tax returns and related documents and assist with state and local tax filings • Work closely with Finance and Accounting functions to gather information to prepare, process and review to ensure timely and accurate returns are filed • Provide guidance on federal, international, state and local tax matters to ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations • You will also assist with tax audits as needed Who we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related – Advanced degree preferred • Demonstratable experience in federal tax compliance including international reporting • Knowledge and experience in Corptax preferred, but not a must • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and specifically advanced knowledge in Excel • Experience with tax depreciation software a plus • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. required Annual Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000 What we offer • We offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more! • We have implemented Smart Work, a hybrid model of working that promotes flexibility in the workplace. • Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
