Joining Product & Operations IT: Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, forward-thinking & expert team composed of multiple sub streams. The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering, and supporting innovative and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain. As part of the IT Manufacturing team, you will be: • The main point of contact for business collaborators to define the strategy for digital capabilities' evolution. • You will work with business and other IT partners, to conceptualize, co-design, drive the delivery process of the portfolio of solutions, and the associated road map, developing the capability map and using it for continuous development. • You will scout industry trends and propose IT solutions, performing POCs of potential solution implementation for PMI needs within existing PMI landscape. • You will be responsible to support RFI and RFP processes for IT solutions. • You will be required to maintain an in-depth knowledge of product functionality and its dependence on release levels as you will craft key applications, technology, and data architecture to meet business needs while ensuring the alignment with IT standards. • Accountable for a Portfolio of Solutions assigned to him\her while overall Platform ownership stays with (sub)Platform Head. • Leads the solution or portfolio of solutions by providing planning, implementation, delivery, control, and continuous improvement. • Main point of contact for IT, and other Partners, to conceptualize, co-design, drive the delivery process of the solution, or the portfolio of solutions, and the associated road map. • Handle, lead and empower the Solution Team (people manager role). • Ensure alignment of the delivery process with the architecture practices (Reference Architecture and Design Patterns), Technology Roadmap, IT Guiding Principles and PMI practices. • Ensure Non-Functional Requirements are included in the Solution delivery pipeline/backlog and are prioritized according to their criticality. • Implement cross-solution collaboration and reusability of existing practices and building-blocks. • Remove roadblocks, that Team is unable to resolve at their own level, to keep the delivery momentum. • Provide feedback and support budget & vendor management activities. Who we’re looking for: • 7-10 years of professional experience in IT Project Delivery in Consulting, Cloud, Manufacturing, Pharma or Retail Industry/ Industrial IoT platforms / Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) / MES Functional Consulting for Process & Batch Manufacturing Industry • 5+ experience leading global IT delivery teams across dispersed locations • 5+ years of experience in an industrial segment such as engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, or logistics • Cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) • Exposure and Knowledge with GxP processes & FDA requirements (Computerized System Validation) • Solid understanding of OT-IT Integrations Including PLCs, SCADA with ERP & MES Systems, edge devices, data aggregators, and/or historian systems • Solid Understanding of ERP (SAP) Modules such as Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management System (WMS), etc. • Experience with IOT/IIOT Platforms such as Azure IOT, AWS, PTC Thing Worx, etc. will be a plus • Knowledge of Software Development processes such as Agile, Scrum, SDLC • Proficient in budget forecasting, planning and controlling • Clear written and verbal communications skills; Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative, and flexible; excellent time management and organizational skills. • Bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math field. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
