US Tax Compliance Manager

Your ‘day to day’: • Manage and execute state tax compliance for PMI and its affiliates. You will also execute local tax compliance activities for the organization and assist with federal tax compliance. • Work collaboratively with the Director Tax Compliance & Audits to file the US state income tax returns and related documents and assist with federal tax filings. • Work closely with Finance and Accounting functions to gather information to prepare, process and review to ensure timely and accurate returns are filed. • Provide guidance on state and local tax matters ensure compliance with all state and local tax laws and regulations. • You will also assist with tax audits as needed. Who we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related – Advanced degree preferred • Demonstratable experience in State Tax Compliance • Knowledge and experience in Corptax preferred, but not a must. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and specifically advanced knowledge in Excel • Experience with tax depreciation software a plus. • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. required.
