The Manager P&C will partner with our functions on strategic organizational plans, fostering an engaged, inclusive and diverse organization equipped with distinctive capabilities, holding consumer empathy at the heart, innovating with speed, and cultivating a winning culture that also rewards noble failures. Your ‘day to day’ FUNCTIONS AND PEOPLE STRATEGY: · Collaborate with business leaders on the development of functional strategies, leading people elements. Contextualize and adapt global PEC strategy to unique needs of the functions to drive business success through people levers. · Determine short-term and long-term strategic plans to deliver functions´ ambitions. · Anticipate future business demands with a P&C aspect, and deploy prioritize solutions that impact both, organization and business success. · Deploy Operating Models for each function to achieve the business strategy effectively & efficiently. · Lead business change initiatives together with functional leadership. · Coach and advise leaders on key strategic people related matters, offering expertise and thought leadership. · Deploy function talent strategy sustaining a well-developed, diverse pipeline of talent delivering a strong succession for critical positions in collaboration with the OE team. · Advise line managers to identify, develop, and retain their talents. · Support deployment of function leadership capability building. · Create an environment of learning and development within the functions, which enables employees to build critical business capabilities and supports their lifetime employability. · Advise lines managers on how to improve functional eNPS score, by helping them choose and deploy the correct global assets. Who we’re looking for · P&C key capabilities: data driven, business focused & experience led · Strategic Workforce Planning · Organizational Effectiveness & People Engagement cross functional experience (desired) · Good understanding of core P&C areas of intervention (Total Rewards, talent management, Learning and Leadership development, Talent acquisition, performance management, employee experience) · Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR generalist · Advanced English level is a must What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
