IT Asset & Assurance Analyst

Accountabilities & Purpose: • Establish and develop an IT Asset Management (ITAM) way of working for the evaluation, implementation, and administration of ITAM tooling, bringing innovation and insights to the latest tools, techniques, and processes to deliver a future fit ITAM capability • Establish, refresh, and communicate ITAM processes and procedures across IT Consumer and Commercial (ITCC), ensuring all stakeholders are familiar with asset management life cycle. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to remove inefficiencies, drive solutions, and ensure alignment with industry best practice • Discover, catalogue, organize, and track all IT assets through their lifecycle, ensuring asset data is up-to-date, accurate, and consistent • Develop strategies, external relationships, and implement plans for safe and compliant disposal of IT hardware assets • Perform compliance assessment to identify and remediate IT asset risks Experience, Skills, And Capabilities: • Technical or business degree and/or relevant confirmed experience in IT • Experience of operating across functions and geographies in large, complex, and sometimes uncertain IT environments • Experience of analysing sophisticated data and turning this into important and practical insights • Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven track record to influence others to achieve positive outcomes. • Good presentation, communication & facilitation skills • Good analytical skills with experience in using data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI) Desirable: • Minimum 2 years of experience of proven experience of deploying and administering ITAM tooling. • An Industry Certification such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP) We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
