" Your ‘day to day’ - Development of a marketing strategy based on analysis and forecasting of indicators. - Develop a marketing plan to ensure that annual targets are met by volume, market share and financial performance, in accordance with the strategy. - Working with the Sales Department to implement the marketing plan - Developing goals and objectives for the brand portfolio - Control the plan to achieve marketing goals, provide the necessary resources and programs aimed at fulfilling the objectives of sales volume, increase market share and brand awareness for consumers in the market. - Responsibility for the implementation/execution of approved marketing plans and activities, assessment of progress on a regular basis, allocation of priorities and marketing actions based on sales results and changes in consumer behaviour. - Responsibility for developing, initiating new brand launches, product/packaging changes according to the approved marketing plan - Participation and coordination of research into the main factors that shape the dynamics of consumer demand for products, the ratio of demand and supply for similar products, technical and other consumer qualities of competing products. - Analysis of sales, consumer and competitors - Develop a model of consumer behavior and preferences and market development together with the market research department - Participate in observations of consumer behavior, tastes and preferences, and share experiences with other global teams. - Responsibility for developing and implementing marketing activities among consumers - Support and control of all direct marketing costs, analysis of the overall cost-effectiveness of the whole range of marketing activities on the brand portfolio, including analysis of competitive activity - Establishment of constructive relations with marketing and promotional agencies and suppliers - Cooperate with all members of the marketing team to improve proactive internal communication, effective teamwork.
