Your ‘day to day’ The Manager Business Partnership is responsible for acting as a trusted advisor for all commercial functions (sales and marketing) by providing insights and analytic support based on deep business knowledge used to translate business inputs into financial actions. Major accountabilities • Lead discussions on complex and multiple business scenarios, identify, assess, and report on risks and opportunities. Assess feasibility of opportunities and risks with recommendations to address the issues with corresponding ROI. • Provide investment recommendations to management and commercial teams supported by fact-based analysis from multiple sources/functions. Provide feasibility studies with ROI on alternatives. • Develop pricing assumptions including price increase proposals and timing. • Validate pricing structure and volume inputs for accuracy and completeness by running scenarios. • Finalize price and volume assumptions and validate with Management Team. • Oversee market competitor analysis including P&L, Share of Market, through reporting volume in GSPR, reviewing Performance Tracking and owning the Industry Forecasting of RBH & competitors through the industry profitability model. • Drive Scenario Planning (Revenue) by reviewing pricing analysis (e.g, margin impact, determining price used for revenue forecasts), including movement of brands' price segments, bundle pricing for RRP portfolio, tax-related changes, and other pricing impacts. Who we’re looking for • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is preferred. • At least 10 years of experience in Finance and/or Strategic Planning in international companies, preferably in FMCG or consumer business. • At least 3 years of experience as a people manager or project leader. • Experience in Accounting, FP&A, quantitative analysis, advanced Excel, project lead, data visualization and storytelling.
