WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or similar field • extensive experience in analytics area including data analysis and dashboards creation with a good understanding of business analysis methodologies • very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel • good knowledge of Power BI and DAX • experience in interacting with senior stakeholders and working in virtual teams • very good communication and collaboration skills, with a pro-active and customer centric approach • problem solving skills, but will be also well-organized, with learning on the fly capabilities • business acumen combined with experience in working in Procurement for a globally operating company (preferably in FMCG) • very good level of English (C1) • knowledge of SAP / Snowflake / SQL will be an asset • experience in Project Management or working with Agile/Scrum will be an asset WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance; • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card; • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements; • Employee pension plan; • Multisport program; • Cafeteria program; • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees. HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner for Analytics and Governance Teams to reflect business processes and enable data-driven decision making by designing analytical solutions and building visualizations for the whole Procurement community • Lead and/or participate in global projects for the deployment of analytical products, processes improvement, capabilities development, etc. • Ensure existing analytical products are appropriately leveraged by the target audience • Accurately communicate updates and information related to analytical products owned by you throughout the whole product lifecycle • Support colleagues in various analyses, dashboards & reports creation • Collaborate with various business partners and colleagues globally to ensure accurate quality of Procurement data Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
