Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed in Hong Kong by Philip Morris Asia Limited, a PMI affiliate, as part of the global Corporate Quality organization. More specifically, you'll • Be responsible to verify supplier's compliance and adherence to PMI quality requirements, applicable regulations and standards by: • Supporting the establishment of the yearly audit program based on PMI supplier quality management approaches. • Conducting Supplier audits as per approved Audit Programme. • Supporting mock inspection readiness audits to make sure suppliers are ready at any time for any regulatory or accreditation inspections. • Implementing and maintaining the supplier audit management process in the organization and IT systems. • Providing continuous coaching, mentoring and advice to ensure that internal auditing process is understood and supported by cross team members. • Providing support for leading supplier auditors pool and capabilities. • Defining and supervising supplier audit process standards. • Coordinate annual audit programme, ensuring any necessary maintenance and review on a quarterly basis. • Establish audit objectives, scopes and criteria of the audits • Collaborate with different function in order to achieve the established objective and ensure governance of the process within PMI. • Keep track of the Auditor pool is up to date to ensure expertise and competences availability. • Define training matrix and deliver training programs for auditors • Plan and implement Supplier Audits standards which are aligned with audit program, according to PMI requirements and applicable norms (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, etc.) • Bring up potential critical observations to related PMI internal business partners • Review and approve supplier audit CAPA plan and follow-ups • Ensure timely supplier audit and CAPA closure, and update the audit status in the audit programme after closure. • Lead/collaborate in PMI Improvement programs. Ensuring objectives are met according to define project expectations. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering, specialization in Quality Management a plus • 5-8 years working experience in Quality/ project management field • knowledge of QMS, systems and relevant quality standards (ISO, GLP, GCP, GMP...) • Knowledge & experience in electronics standards, Med Devices is a plus (i.e. ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EU MDR, …) • Good knowledge in IT systems, infrastructure environment and tools • Good problem analysis and problem solving with quality tools • Able to work in a multifaceted organization and fast-paced environment • Proficient in English, both written and spoken What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
