WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • a student on last semester of graduate program in science major, • proficient English speaker, • convenient to talk, discuss, argue with multiple stakeholders with different seniority and cultural background, • excellent communicator with a passion toward consumer, • visioner, love to talk about strategy, ambition and future, • understand and look the work from business perspective, • person with and intermediate level of project, program, and change management, • problem-solver with attention to details and strong analytical skills, • good common sense on supply chain process, and eCommerce delivery services, • knowledge on any of the following tools/methodologies is a major plus: Power BI, power point, Ms. Excel, or any work management and visualization tools. HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • working in a global project on improving the delivery service to consumer in a market, • collaborating with wide range of stakeholders (supply chain, consumer group, procurement, etc) and ensuring they have the right transparency of the program, • defining the change management, governance, and visibility strategy of the program globally and proofing the concept of it in a specific area, as well as controlling and supervising the deployment of it towards defined objective, • giving good impression through internal NPS survey.
