About the BRIDGE program You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa. *Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJC Who we’re looking for • Recent university degree in Management, Marketing, Digital Tech and Engineering. • Advanced English – at least C1 (mandatory). Advanced Spanish – at least C1 (desirable). •EU valid work permit. • Advanced Microsoft Office. • Solution-oriented, creative problem solver with focus on knowing the consumer and market dynamics. • Enjoys challenging status quo and take pride in finding the most optimal solution to improve performance. • Previous work/projects in digital subjects or assignments will be especially valued. What is nice to have • Organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, a taste for creativity and quick response times. • Learning agility, perspective, good team player, can work under pressure, entrepreneurship and creative problem-solving. • Any previous project management experience will be especially valued. • Previous knowledge of Figma, Miro and/or Jira. Responsibilities • Provide more executive day-to-day support, working closely with market digital team and IT with the design and deployment of digital programs/projects/initiatives. • Work on processes and procedures which deliver change to the digital ecosystem and ways of working, with a mission to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to drive action across all streams through the design and deploy of best-in-class processes/solutions.
