We are now looking for a Commercial Planning Executive to support the commercial team of Philip Morris in Norway, based in Oslo. YOUR DAY TO DAY You will support the Commercial Planning Manager in their work to create holistic commercial plans for multi-channel and multi-category deployment, using data driven approach for allocation of resources and priority to achieve overall business targets. You will also support your manager in leading and developing the forums, process, and interfaces with Nordic central functions. The role also consists of project leading on cross functional commercial projects base on the Project Based Organization (PBO) model. Your main accountabilities: 1. Support the Manager Commercial Planning to achieve the functional targets and contributions to overall market commercial performance 2. Own, develop and improve tools and frameworks for holistic market planning to aide the aim for holistic market and sales cycle plans with clear focus areas, targets and multi-category prioritization across channels 3. Develop and coordinate inputs across functions and prepare materials for commercial forums such as Norway Performance reviews, Market & Planning meeting etc. 4. Local “superuser” in project management/PBO based way of working closely cooperation with PMO to establish effective use of PBO/ Project Management Office. 5. Project Lead/project member in cross functional commercial projects in the PBO model. WHO YOU ARE • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Economics, Business/Sales, Marketing or equivalent higher education • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational company • Excellent proficiency in English, knowledge of Norwegian would be an advantage • Experience in project management Skills and capabilities: This role requires structure, good analytical skills, strong self-starter capacity, ability to simplify complex matters, good stakeholder management, and appetite to learn and develop.
