We are looking for a Consumer Insights & Analytics Manager who will work in Cairo and who will enable decision makers to act on relevant, timely and actionable insight and information about the consumer and the marketplace through designing and implementing relevant research projects and driving analyses Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: - Design and implement research studies to help the market achieve the business objectives; lead the analysis and interpretation of results; present key findings and recommendations. - Drive the market research process through optimizing research briefs, supplier choice, methodologies, and analyses to ensure that the market only receives work of the highest quality from leading edge agencies in a cost-effective manner. - Guide the commercial teams in developing commercial plans by providing strategic insights and holistic additional analyses by considering all relevant data from various research studies to improve consumer & market understanding. - Generate and contextualize consumer & market insights and translate those into actionable recommendations. - Keep abreast of the latest innovations in market research to ensure the most relevant and advanced methodologies are used to facilitate the collection of actionable consumer and brand knowledge. - Actively seek out concept and project knowledge, learnings, and best practices from other markets. - The role is strategic and business partner oriented, demanding that the individual can work successfully with various functional teams. You: • Hold a university degree in related areas – Business administration, management, economics, maths, statistics, communication, sociology etc. • Have min 10 years of experience in market research, insights, consumer experience, business intelligence, planning, analytics and/or similar fields. • Native in Arabic. • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • A very high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and similar software is necessary. • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques is preferable. Familiarity with Power BI, Google Analytics and other data analytics tools is a plus. • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention for detail. • Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner.
