" Your 'day to day': - Manage RRP products distribution development on the market. - Coordinate market implementation and execution of approved plans, assess progress on a regular basis; - Control the production of marketing materials. - Analyze the effectiveness of CX, marketing programs. - Supervise the daily activities of the regional branches of the sales department to ensure that proper documentation is maintained in accordance with the internal acts of the Company, as well as to ensure timely and uninterrupted delivery of products. Identify and seize opportunities to build a business on the market to further improve the marketing conditions for PMI portfolio of brands. - Monitor the achievement of targets for the stock, availability, visibility of PMI PPR products in outlets by checking that the conditions of trade programs are reached to the outlets. Monitor the quality of selection of outlets, to ensure optimal use of resources and compliance with strategies and goals. Ensure high-quality placement of retail equipment and materials in accordance with market segmentation and priorities for building a communication platform. Monitor the conclusion of contracts with key customers and the fulfillment of their obligations under contracts. Analyze the results of sales cycles and provide feedback to PMI representatives in order to continuously improve them. - Analyze and coordinate with PMI representatives and Employer the scope and optimal distribution of employees in the regions to ensure the achievement of the Company's business goals. - Contribute to the identification of the development needs of workers and promote their improvement to ensure a high-performing organization. Encourage learning opportunities, involvement and initiative of employees in order to increase their potential.
