JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES Formulate, discuss, present, and agree with key stakeholders the cyber risk program for Corporate within a 2-year rolling horizon working with InfoSec, IT and Business teams within the Corporate scope. Work collaboratively with business leaders to determine infosec implications of their strategies and propose proactive strategies to enable speed with security. Work collaboratively with the IT leaders, architects and solution experts to determine infosec implications and impacts of the CRP on the IT strategies. Support IT with risk based prioritization. Use key security metrics including sox and non-sox control performance, VM (vulnerability Management) and Risk to set own targets and support the organization meeting and exceeding the security targets. - Engage in independent infosec reviews, firsthand or through internal or external partners. - Engage and communicate directly with senior management in both IT and Business - Being able to work in a team to achieve common goals and coach other team members. JOB REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in leading one or several of the CCISO domains within multinational organizations (FMCG, tech, services) Previous experience through a relevant senior role in two or more of the following: Cloud hosting and cloud-based IT platforms Solutions/process for P2P, R2R, PBF&R, Tax, Treasury, online payments Solution/process Talent Acquisition, HR management, Payroll Matters Management, legal content management, ESG reporting. Agile or Scrum practice Experience in auditing business processes and or IT solutions Knowledge on key automated controls in business applications Fluent English in writing and speaking Preferred Requirements: Other language skills are advantageous. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD Degree in Information Security/IT/Computer Science or equivalent CISM, CISSP or relevant mix that attests to theoretical and practical security. Preferred Requirements: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) CEH/GPEN/OSCP or equivalent. Cloud operations or security certification (AWS, Google, Azure, Oracle) Previous internal and external audits against ISO27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials and PCI-DSS Previous full stack developer, engineer or architect.
