As a Trade Activator Leader at Philip Morris Bulgaria, you will be responsible to manage and develop the assigned territory by designing an effective territory strategy and plan, in line with business objectives. You will be accountable for the excellent execution of the plan by the dedicated team of Sales Representatives and IQOS Consultants at retail level in your area of responsibility. You will be responsible to provide effective guidance, development, leadership, negotiations, and motivation of the team members in order to meet business objectives and KPIs in the assigned territory. Your ‘day to day’: •Identify territory market opportunities by regular analysis of the current state and potential of the assigned territory. •Develop and roll out specific action plans and programs to boost business performance •Allocate effectively assigned resources (Digital/Non-digital trade engagement programs, allowance budget) in line with channel priorities and territory objectives •Establish and foster business relations with trade partners, manage building and maintenance of permanent active communication network in KA and General Trade channels at territory level •Manage the excellent execution of all trade related activities in the assigned territory, including right selection of touchpoints for implementation of trade activities •Provide feedback and propose necessary actions for continuous improvement of the consumer experience for achieving the territory KPIs •Monitor and control regional volume targets and other sales performance forecasts to support the department’s overall objectives Who we’re looking for: •University degree •1-2 years of experience in leading commercial field teams and ideally experience in retail operations (or experience in executing activities for consumers in FMCG sector) •Knowledge of retail landscape •Experience in 3rd parties’ management •Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills •Excellent analytical skills •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bulgarian •Excellent collaboration in cross-functional projects Philip Morris Bulgaria EOOD is a part of PMI - a leading international tobacco company working to deliver a smoke-free future and evolving its portfolio for the long-term to include products outside of the tobacco and nicotine sector.
