Your ‘day to day’: Be the guardian of a dynamic and rapidly growing commercial operation, ensuring the consolidation / progress tracking of all commercial initiatives across the different channels, programs and enablers into a single, holistic, commercial plan for SFP's (Smoke Free Products) business, as well as, ensuring a two-way alignment among commercial areas (CX team, Digital, Marketing and Commercial Ops), and enabling excellence in execution leading to increase key business indicators. Major accountabilities: • Responsible for designing and running the governance model that enables the planning & execution of all commercial initiatives into a single deployment plan. • Alignment & coordination among different teams and areas such as Acquisition, Retention, Retail, Customer Care, COD Key Accounts, Route to Market, Digital, Marketing, among others). Responsible for being the central interface between all commercial areas’ members, both in HQ & Frontline, & the continuous improvement of key commercial planning, execution processes & communication flow. • Ensure accurate B2C capacity allocation, providing clear recommendations to management on what to prioritize / timeline change. • Responsible for identifying possible business GAP, coordinating workshops & detailing the route to market alignment with business need. • Responsible for guaranteeing ROI in each Program and Channel activity. • Responsible (aligned with our route to market strategy) of designing and coordinating KPI’s among Consumers Programs and Operative frontliners, ensuring an accurate follow-up process. Who we’re looking for: Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering, Finance, business administration. 8-10+ years of experience in Planning processes, Sales, Sales planning, Field sales force, finance with exposure to a multinational environment. Highly collaborative -establishes collaborative and trusting relationships with the business’s key leaders and partners. Proficient English and Spanish (written and spoken).
