WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 4th-5th year students or fresh University graduate up to 6 months after graduation with educational background in STEM/Finance/Economics/Econometrics, available for minimum 20 - 30 hours per week • proficient English speaker (B2 or higher) • an analytical problem-solver, brave to challenge the ‘status quo’, able to read data quickly and draw out-of-box conclusions from them in an unbiased way • big plus for any basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and/or programming languages (VBA/SQL/R/Python) with a strong willingness to learn • self-motivated team player – data analytics requires cross-functional collaboration to move from concept to real data driven products • basic understanding/knowledge of modern analytical methods and machine learning or agile project management methodologies would be considered as an asset • a creative person hungry for development WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • an exciting journey as a member of Data & Analytics Team, learning and building experience in the field, • an opportunity to learn solid foundations of Business Intelligence & Data Science methods, tools and project management techniques around them (we provide necessary materials and our dedicated support for you), • a possibility to strengthen your experience working in a diversified environment, cooperating with business partners from various geographies and representing different PMI businesses, • interesting data-driven projects in the spirit of ‘insights to action’, • support of experienced colleagues working in a ‘no-judge’ environment (we do not assume you are fully knowledgeable with all tools or methods, and we respect everyone’s opinion equally, nonetheless the position title) • internship for duration of 6 month that can be extended up to 12 months   HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • bring in your academical knowledge and transform it into real products solving business problems • go through the data analyst development path: from reading & understanding data through co-developing solutions ending up on leading own initiatives and projects • as a matrix organization we will offer you an opportunity to meet newest trends & tools in Business Intelligence, Data Science and Project Management Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
