Your ‘day to day’: At this role, you should: • Executes and leads the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem solving and process control to support in delivering business result of the assigned commercial cigarettes line and fully applying the Integrated Operating System (IOS) and PMI standards and policies. • Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies and practices and the IMS. Adhere to all Environment, and Health, Safety, and Security rules, policies, and practices by applying and ensuring workplace and other employee in compliance with norms by local regulation. • Ensures compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS. Routine checks are done timely and efficiently, QFs and QIs are timely raised and addressed. • Analysis and continuous improvement (IPS/UPS) towards elimination of potential quality losses. • Participates on setting the 24 hours direction for the combustible cigarettes line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting and is actively involved in the execution of the daily plan. • Provides data during the Daily Direction Setting meeting related to the line event data system. Responsible for following up Centre Line, Rapid Change Over and Change Management DMSs and the use and quality of IPS/UPS tools. • Creates and establishes Centerline targets & limits for the CC line(s); review, validate and update new Centerline standard of the line(s) in order to meet the business results. • Develops the control strategies to enable operators to respond to out-of-control situations, furthermore, ensures that documentation is in place and used in the line(s) whenever out of limit situations occur. • Creates and establishes changeover standards for all appropriate SKUs in the line(s). • Builds the capability of team on process failures technical troubleshooting and mastery of process transformation through coaching and delivering on the job training. • Leads change management processes including benchmarking and reapplication activities across appropriate production lines, business units and factory. Who we’re looking for: • University degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanic Engineering. • 3+ years of previous experience in process controlling or similar role. • Previous experience or exposure to people coordination/ management activities would be an asset. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Fluent in English and local language.
