Joining Information Security Running at the forefront of PMI's Digital Transformation, Information Security offers guidance, solutions and advisory all across PMI, supporting our secure journey towards a smoke-free future. Our scope ranges from security assessments, architecture, governance and risk advisory, through resilience, cyber threat intelligence and incident response, to supporting PMI Functions, Markets, and Platforms (e.g. Finance, People & Culture, Operations, Consumer or Product) and building an organizational security culture. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a demonstrated track record of leading and managing IT audit or assessment teams • University degree in Computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or equivalent • Industry-recognized information security certifications, e.g. CISA, CISSP, CISM • Proficiency in conducting technical security assessments, vulnerability assessments and configuration reviews • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical partners • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and build relationships with team members from different cultures throughout the organization • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution and delivery of assessment projects on time and within budget • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously WHAT WE OFFER YOU • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo), Multisport & Cafeteria program • Hybrid model of work and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Lead hands-on a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for planning, executing and overseeing complex and comprehensive cybersecurity assessments of PMI enterprise systems and networks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives and timelines for cybersecurity assessment projects, ensuring alignment with internal policies, business priorities and resource allocations. Extend or complement the capacity of the team by onboarding and coordinating other internal Information Security specialists or external cybersecurity SMEs based on the nature and needs of each assessment project • Identify and prioritize potential vulnerabilities, weaknesses and areas of improvement in information systems and processes. Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to senior Information Security and IT leadership based on assessment findings and industry best practices • Develop and implement IT audit methodologies, frameworks and assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls, risk management practices and compliance with applicable standards. Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities and trends in cybersecurity to enhance the effectiveness of assessment procedures and maintain a proactive security posture • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the overall application security program, e.g. by reporting on the number of initiatives supported by the wider Application Security team, average time and effort spent, common findings and pitfalls identified during the fieldwork, etc. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team by providing mentorship, training and guidance What’s in it for you?
