Your ‘day to day’ Execute the functional, cluster, or country TA operational plans; develop & manage relationships with TA partners and key stakeholders at country, regional & global levels; champion the country and cluster as top of mind employer of choice through relevant and meaningful employer marketing campaigns; and represent the outputs of TA. You will do this through developing and leading the functional, cluster, or country recruiters to achieve the OGSM and following global standardized hiring processes. Accountabilities • Understand the regional, functional, business and strategic goals which will be obtained by P&C stakeholders and functional / regional leads. • Define and execute the TA strategy to meet the business needs by translating it into a tactical TA plan including TA Delivery, Global Talent Sourcing, Employer Branding & Early Careers etc. • Manage the operational TA plan. Lead the operational delivery of regional or functional projects for global adoption after identifying functional or local pain points. Obtain agreement on the priority initiatives and create a structured project plan to address the functional or local need. • Contribute to regional, country, or functional projects to improve the TA services by identifying areas to improve from the current service catalogue. • Obtain the hiring forecasts from stakeholders in collaboration with P&C and Finance colleagues and allocate recruiters to support the functional or local demand. • Manage the capacity of the regional, country, or functional team(s) to track available TA resources and to deliver on the forecast, ensuring optimum level of vacancies per each recruiter • Track spend against agreed budgets to ensure all relevant TA costs remain within the budget allocated for the year • Partner with P&C, Finance, and the business to build relationships with key stakeholders to work together and drive the TA agenda and remain aligned on the overall strategy • Tracking of data and input into local or functional reporting on a monthly basis to share the outputs of TA including vacancy status, project delivery, and OGSM progress • Drive consistent delivery through regional, country, or functional TA teams by tracking vacancy and candidate management SLA’s. Ensure standardization of TA process across the regional, market, or function and effective use of data to manage the recruiters and ensure process adherence • Ensure team delivery against TA OGSM by providing clarity of the team and individual targets and tracking progress against them on a quarterly basis. Delivery of the technical aspects of TA (WHAT) and drive the right TA behaviors throughout the TA organization (HOW). • Recruiter management & development to ensure consistency of service and empowering others to drive TA Delivery and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience. Create individual development plans for all Recruiters. Who we’re looking for • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition with Employer Branding, leading teams across multiple functions, large clusters, or multiple countries • Experience with large project delivery and people management • Ability to perform at strategic as well as tactical level • Demonstrates data driven approach, supported by strong insighting and listening tools • Practical and pragmatic, but with digital mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal, team-working and influencing skills What we offer Our success depends on anyone who brings to work a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
