Purpose • Provide a full Quality support and expertise to manufacturing teams and other departments and initiate corrective and preventive action to achieve a high level of Quality Material, Product and Process. • Act as the process guide/qualifier/coach in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting. Update and create procedures and work instructions to define, improve and/or to standardize Quality related activities. • Ensure that intermediate and finished product non-conformities are handled and related corrective & preventive actions held. • Consistently apply OPEN+ systems and tools. • Ensure standards are respected along manufacturing process. You will be responsible for: • Adhere to all Environment, and Health, Safety, and Security (QEHS&S) rules, policies, and practices by applying and ensuring workplace and other employee in compliance with norms by local regulation. • Support production teams by providing Quality guidance on FG & SFG quality related topics. Support and/or lead investigation of Quality Incidents, leveraging on OPEN+ problem solving tools. Ensure that product non-conformity and related NC-CAPA processes are handled to ensure that quality improvement opportunities are identified, prioritized and action plans implemented. • Provide first level support to Manufacturing related to material issues (troubleshooting, laboratory tests, among others) until mitigation and communicate to related parties, accordingly, improving DIMs performance and its impact on product quality, machines efficiency and production costs. • Ensure that quality practices/requirements are shared and deployed on the floor by transferring knowledge and driving training to stakeholders on new processes, requirements, methods, or guidelines. Support the development of the Q Champions and Equipment Owners through Quality trainings. • Ensure strong partnership with internal/external stakeholders focusing on collaboration and information exchange to ensure excellent quality and Compliance with PMI requirements, standardization, and continuous improvement. • Propose and follow-up quality improvement ideas in production or other processes in Operations. Analyze the information and participate in projects with influence on product or material quality. • Achieve qualifications as per business requirements in full and in time. Who we’re looking for • Master degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, or relevant skills through validated experience and skills. • Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in production, quality or relevant skills through demonstrated experience. • Ability to work in 3 shifts. • Action oriented, analytical/problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and learning on the fly • Well-developed skills in Office and other data systems. • Knowledge on Quality tools and root cause analysis.
