Purpose of the job: Deploy the defined & designed content with the owned audiences through the selected methodologies considering the efficiency & effectiveness measurements. Accountabilities: Know & track your audiences. Understand the profile & learning journey of your audiences. They all will have different pain & gain points. Identify them & escalate them to the COD Team. Co-define KPI's. Work together with Knowledge Managers the traceable KPIs (effectiveness) that will be monitored during & after the deployment. Define the efficiency KPIs of the deployment. Know your subjects. Become an expert on the themes that your audiences should know. You should be able to act as a consultant or identify the source of the unknown information in a very short period of time. Coordinate the deployment. Depending on the content, the audience & the methodology ensure a flawless deployment. Align with the audience owner. Consider the 3rd party regulations. Validate the deployment. Work with the audiences' owners & 3rd party to develop a way to validate / evaluate that the knowledge is being well learned & applied. Participation Tracking. Should be able to track the training compliance of each member of the audiences & push to have it as expected. Guarantee there is a chance to fulfill them due to permitted absences. Periodically report to audiences' supervisors. Continuous Feedback. Provide continuous feedback to each audience as needed, as well as to their supervisor. Go back to COD staff members with on-time comments about the knowledge handled, as well as the deployment methodologies. Be able to give comments on efficiency & effectiveness KPI's of each training event.
