As a Manager IT Demand & Portfolio Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing IT Americas Projects portfolio and play active part in the strategic planning. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the successful execution of IT initiatives that align with business goals and priorities. You will help to evolve and manage the IT demand and portfolio management process, work closely with business functions to gather key requirements and prioritize IT initiatives in the Americas region. You will create and maintain the comprehensive IT Project portfolio, including project progress, budgets and timelines. You will report regularly to senior partners on portfolio status and performance. Your will also have the opportunity to closely collaborate with other IT teams to continuously improve our IT delivery quality. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s – ideally in an IT related field • Knowledge and deep understanding of IT Portfolio and demand management. • Strong project management understanding, including knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies. Good understanding of project portfolio financial management. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external partners • Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments • Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Understanding the IT delivery model, IT processes and IT projects portfolio both from regional and global perspective.
