Business Delivery Lead (B2B REEV)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • At least 1 year of previous working experience with Salesforce (ideally applying Data Loader) • Excellent communicator with customer focused approach • Experience in data management and in working with business clients in international environment is a plus • Data loader or Boomi knowledge • Understanding/management of basic SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) • Familiar with JIRA/Confluence • English proficiency • Functional knowledge and understanding of business context • As an additional value: SFDC Administrator Certification, SFDC Consumer Good Certification, Audience management knowledge (Treasure Data preferable) WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch Sodexo card to be used in the canteen or outside • Hybrid working arrangement • Employee pension plan • Cafeteria benefit program, multisport card • Wide range of trainings, language learning platform, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Setting up orchestrated activity flows in Salesforce (SFDC) • Audience creation in Treasure Data based on markets inputs and publishing to SFDC downstream solutions • Activity configuration based on markets inputs (including escalation flows, remuneration) • Providing guidance to markets how to optimise the flows to achieve best results • SFDC administration including (but not limited to): territory management set up, account and contact management, creation of contract templates in system • Creation of Salesforce map filters for Field Force • Updating digital widgets in Salesforce Experience Cloud • Any other business requests from REEV enabled markets Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
