Your ‘day to day’: As a Consumer Activation Manager, you will develop and implement the territory commercial plan, for the assigned geographical area, ensuring product performance and delivering best-in-class consumer experience. You will be focusing on branded retail point of sales, indirect (B2B2C) channels and brand building business development. •Develop, adjust, handle and maximize a network of communication & sales channels (B2B and B2C) •Plan and coordinate all consumer activities based on geo specifics, in line with brand engagement strategy and business priorities; set local KPIs and closely monitor performance. •Establish and manage Brand retail channel footprint and investments focusing on Revenue, balance costs and ensure expected return •Lead & coordinate events defined to the assigned geographical area: on-site planning, coordination, and analyzing event data/ feedback to improve future events and business growth. •Establish and manage teams focused on 1-2-1 personal or corporate product presentations •Establish and maintain effective relationship with the indirect channel (B2B) to provide defined consumer services (eg. lead generation, registration, lending/trial, replacements) for acquiring and maintaining consumers. •Ensure appropriate education of commercial partners, and nurture strong retail advocates for direct and indirect communication to consumers •Manage and maintain a high quality, engaged and skilled front line, utilizing all people management levers (recruiting, supervising, training, development, recognition, performance management) •Ensure high level of internal partner service, managing relations, establishing effective collaboration across different org. levels to maintain focus on results. •Collect consumer insights to provide feedback for new channel developments, in-house/outsourced people requirements and programs or toolboxes adjustments. •Assure effective deployment of toolboxes through visibility, trade engagement, consumer engagement, events/brand ambassador programs and 1-2-1 digital media. •Drive the B2C digitalization in all channels by adopting frond-end solutions that will improve consumer experience and efficiencies Who we’re looking for: •8 years' experience with product commercialization or multi-channel consumer engagement •4 years' experience managing teams of people, preferably within a sales or retail capacity •A deep breadth of knowledge regarding the city of posting •Well versed with all business development, client acquisition, sales and customer service strategies •Fluent in English •2-4 year degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent professional experience •Legally authorized to work in the U.S. •Ability to track, analyze and consistently improve business and team metrics What we offer: •A competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more! •We have implemented Smart Work, a hybrid model of working that promotes flexibility in the workplace. •Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
