As a Fleet Analyst, you´re the person responsible for managing and maintaining in optimal condition of the vehicle fleet in DR, CW, AR, TT. You must coordinate with suppliers, internal and external personnel the correct execution of maintenance and guarantee the correct functioning of the vehicle fleet with the optimal operating cost. Key accountabilities: • It must ensure that the business has the necessary resources for the operation, offer the ideal vehicles for each route and need, foresee, and plan purchases and sales of inventory according to the flow of the business, projects, and commercial and distribution models. • Ensure the correct application of local and global policies related to the department, mainly those that regulate the use, administration, environmental, purchase and sale of vehicles, carrying out the necessary controls of assignments, use, repairs, costs, maintenance, mileage, performance, accidents, among others. • Control and analyze the KPIs that the operation requires pertinent to the administration of the fleet in DR and Caribbean. Propose constant improvements in processes, cost savings and standardization of CARICAM processes. • Actively and proactively participate in the functions required by the global Fleet Safety program and the Fleet committee. • Provide excellent service and meet the requirements of fleet drivers in issues related to fleet. Timely attend and manage everything relevant to traffic accidents, investigations, repairs, legal procedures, and training. Who we’re looking for: • Advanced student or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related field. • +3 years in automotive mechanic experience, fleet administration, or any related field with demonstrable knowledge in: technical specs of vehicles, brands, models, and performance; vehicle training programs; Traffic Law. • Project management, agile or improvement process desired experience. • Personnel available to travel to the interior and exterior of the country frequently. With availability to attend emergencies 24/7 if require. • Customer service oriented with experience in problem solving, root cause analysis and process improvement strategies. • Experience in carbon neutrality implementation strategies will be considered as a plus. • Excellent use of Microsoft programs (Excel, word, power point, outlook) and SAP knowledge desirable. • Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2-C1) and Spanish. • Driving License: Cat 2 & 3.
