【Purpose of the job】 Lead the planning and execution of touchpoint design development across channels to deliver omni-channel consistent consumer journey.Collaborate with Consumer Experience, Marketing, Direct channels and VMD Sourcing functions to develop visual materials considering channel/touchpoint features to increase brand awareness and showcase our products and programs in timely manner according to the commercial activity plan through the year. Ensure the quality and consistensy of visuals to secure the brand images across the channels. 【Principal Accountabilities】 Accountability 1 Touchpoint Visual and Planogram Development : Develop visuals across channels based on key visuals of each commercial initiatives (new product launch, promotion, program etc.) Localize global VMD guideline to reguraly update store visuals and retrofit to improve touch points' consumer experience. Accountability 2 Touchpoint Format Development : Adapt global channel format and visual merchandising to the market. Lead the local development to fit market/channel specific situation. Create the VMD guidelines to ensure all touchpoints design to be alinged with the standardized format. Accountability 3 Touchpoint visual strategy planning : Plan visual strategy according to brand/channel strategy to contriubte channel KPI. Reinforce collaboration with channel side and develop relevant and effective visuals. Accountability 4 Project Management : Manage touchpoint VMD project from quality, cost, delivery(schedule) point of view. Drive collaboration with multinational and multifunctional stakeholders Accountability 5 Vendor Management : Understand the capability of wide range of agencies and maximize the output from them. Assist to strech outcome and assess the deliverables to make sure quality of work. 【Education】 College/University Language English Fluent preferable, Japanese Fluent PC Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint 【Work Experience】 3 years + Brand Marketing (Retail Marketing, VMD) Store Architecture preferable 【Others: Skills / function specifics】 Hands-on experience of store construction, end-to-end (concept buiding to construction) new store opening experience are preferable. Brand Marketing, especially VMD savvy to sense reasonable cost and schedule of visual development and construction Strong leadership to initiate activities with wide stakeholders and drive the project to achieve the goal. Interpersonal skill to build positive relationships with the team and activate constructive discussions.
