Your ‘day to day’ • Planning, monitoring, controlling & reporting the implementation of trade marketing activities & consumer engagement activities • Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference • Analyzing market issues/opportunities in assigned areas • Managing and implementing strong business relationships with all stakeholders Who we’re looking for: • Minimum a bachelor's degree holder (S1) from any major with minimum GPA of 3.00 • Minimum 3 years' work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal • Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data • Proven leadership and organizational savvy • Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Ms. Excel • Capacity to understand the field sales functions (territory management, distributor business process, salesman productivity, excellence in execution) • Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision • Good problem solving and communication skills • Having a driving license (SIM) type A What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
