WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree preferably in Administration, Materials Science, Management, Management and Production Engineering or equivalent fields of study • A problem-solver able to plan the work and prioritize the tasks • A proactive candidate who focuses on improvement and solutions • An independent person who can take ownership over their tasks and projects • A great communicator, able to connect and engage with people of various cultures, professional backgrounds and seniority • A candidate with analytical mindset having working skills in MS Excel or willing to develop them more • Good level of English (B2/B2+), a person who would be able to communicate freely with the business partners and various teams across the globe • Experience in Operations area, 2 years of industrial experience and coordination of projects is an asset • PLM software knowledge is an asset although not required WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) • Hybrid work and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Mybenefit Cafeteria and multisport program • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Cooperate with customers worldwide, connect with various business partners from different cultures • Create, maintain and coordinate product specifications for PMI's semi-finished and finished goods to allow manufacturing processes • Build and maintain specifications for materials used to produce semi-finished and finished goods • Ensure standardization for specification process administration from the system perspective • Identify, analyse the data and implement improvements related to specifications system and processes • Monitor activities and ensure the highest quality & timeliness of processed data • Coordinate and participate in cross-departmental projects for PMI products • Provide support and expertise knowledge to internal and external customers Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
