WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • student from 4th and 5th year of University, graduates with Bachelor's or Masters' degree (preferable in International Trade/ Logistic) • communicative, proactive candidates with digital literacy including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), • problem solver, who learns on the fly, • available minimum 30 hours weekly, • candidates with very good level of written and oral English. • experience in using SAP as well as knowledge of other European language will be an asset. HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • You get the opportunity to become a part of Order and Invoice Duty Free community delivering Customer Service, financial and logistics support for external Customers. • Get to know the scope and accountabilities of organization and administration of order management and invoicing related to sale of FG (finished goods) to business partners in Duty Free area located all over the world. • Perform billing activities (issuing invoice and supporting documents) to ensure smooth delivery of trading documentation. • Cooperate with departments within supply chain and support DF Customer Service team with preparation of reports and data analyses.
