YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Planning & Strategy • Initiates regional coverage efficiency strategies & initiatives • Implements Territory performance reviews with key stakeholders • Coordinates approval for various RTM initiatives to ensure compliance to policies & procedures • Develops and tracks coverage efficiency metrics • Creates cost-efficient executions of projects maintaining a specific allowable cost-to-sales for all RTM projects • Practices “speed to execute” on adhoc programs as required per account depending on business need • Cascades Project specific implementation activities & processes Execution • Ensures timeliness of projects in relation to RTM and FSF execution • Contribute and support in project Toolbox creation/updating for RTM team • Conducts regular fieldwork to understand and evaluate the reception of each project’s impact to the FSF & Customers and propose pivots if necessary • Manages region specific pilot projects (ie FSF work plan, Alternative distribution model, Digital) Data & Analysis • Explore available data sources to keep close to customer/category. • Able to interpret and use data to make fact-based decisions/recommendations. • Support in Strengthening sales propositions with relevant consumer, shopper and customer knowledge. • Creates reports on results of projects in order to have a clear analysis on which areas are to be improved on and what strategies are to be maintained Resource Management • Tracks Budget actualization per project and analyze spending are within forecasted ROI per project • Creates proper monitoring and evaluation of projects implemented and come up with recommendations to improve future runs at optimal cost WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You must have a bachelor’s degree, and at least two (2) years of working experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and/or have experience in project management, data management and analysis. You have strong analytical, organizational skills, and can lead/support a number of projects with tight deadlines. Experience in modern trade is an advantage. You must be amenable to be assigned in Taguig with Mondays to Fridays, generally 8:30 am to 5:30 pm shift.
