We’re totally transforming our business and building our future on and building our future on one clear purpose – to deliver a smoke-free future. “Your day to day” - Gather requirement, lead business requirements discussions, perform and coordinate testing with various departments to implement integrated solutions delivering value to the business in area of eInvoice - Combine data and business process knowledge recommending appropriate solution design options indicating implications and outcomes of the proposed design - Ensure solution alignment with Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, Reference Architecture, IT Guiding Principles, and PMI practices - Support of existing applications, organize trainings and manuals - Contribute to resolution of project related issues by analyzing, identifying and proposing solutions. - Collaboration with third party vendors in solutions implementation, - Interact with mid to senior-level executives Who we are looking for: - 3+ years of experience in IT system implementations, - Knowledge within eInvoice area or OTC processes, - Be a goal oriented person and be able to drive end to end process independently. - Understanding of common industry frameworks like ITIL, SCRUM. - Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments - Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally - Problem solving and strong analytic skills - Passionate about continuously learning in a changing environment - Consumer-centric approach and mindset - A collaborative team player, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal stakeholders - Organizational and leadership abilities - Creative thinking skills - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken - SAP SD knowledge would be an asset - Experience in Project Management would be an asset What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
