The Commercial Analytics Executive's main goal is to accurately deliver in timely manner reports for B2B engagement platform, CSR, NPS and Management to effectively support stakeholder operations as well as business strategy. You are also expected to provide key trends and analysis on data, targets and KPI performance. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with market stakeholders to understand operations strategy and be able to elicit requirements based on market needs. • Support the markets in assessing business performance through data analysis, validation and reporting • Develop and enhance the B2B Engagement Platform Dashboards based on business requirements • Maintain the B2B Engagement Platform PowerBI dashboards (data preparation, validation issue resolution, and refresh processing) Who we're looking for: • With at least 3-5 years of combined experience in Business Analytics in a PMI affiliate, consulting or FMCG multinational company. • Good understanding of commercial business acumen and systems • Fluent in English both written and spoken • Solid customer service and detail orientation • Knowledgeable in technologies and tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, MS Office What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
