Quality Technician - Karawang

We are looking for Quality Technician who will be based in Plant Karawang. Your ‘day to day’ • Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss. • Support production teams by providing Quality guidance and support in case of issues. • Support investigation in a timely manner of non-conformities and deviation, leveraging on OPEN+ problem solving tools. • Provide support to the production team whenever needed • Propose and follow-up quality improvement ideas in production or other processes in Operations. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor, Professional School, Technical or equivalent, preferably majoring in Engineering/Technical • Minimum 1-2 years experience in production, quality or equivalent • Proven technical skills as a professional in the field of Quality. • Fluent in English • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - strong oral, written communication, and presentations skills.
