Are you the one? Your day-to-day As a Finance Systems Governance Intern, you will: • Embark on a global Finance Transformation Program that is reshaping the way we work • Responsible for timely preparation Operational and SOX Security reports for Financial system applications, as well as monitor the execution of control reports and establish guidelines. • Maintain the system solution where Finance System Control Reports are loaded, approved and stored. • Maintain access rights management procedure for existing Finance System applications as well as develop new processes to ensure adequate controls activities are in place. • Participate in enhancement and simplification of control activities. • Support with the maintenance of Finance Master Data in Shared Master Data Layer. • Interact and communicate with our worldwide Stakeholders in different functions. • Participate and support, where applicable, the way we make decisions on multi-functional changes (data, system, access security, administration, and reporting content). Who we’re looking for: • Bachelor or master’s degree in Information management, Information Technologies, Statistics and Econometrics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance and Business Management or similar. • Good communication skills. Good ability to articulate and translate into action, technical and operational subjects. • Advanced level of English. • Strong conceptual thinking and technology driven. • Action Orientation and Problem-Solving attitude. • EU work permit to work in Portugal.
