We are looking for an innovative, digital-world follower, out of the box thinker IT Project Leader who will be responsible for managing Digital solutions, projects or services to create value for our business units. YOU will be responsible for: • Managing multiple parallel digital implementation projects covering eCommerce, websites, digital trade engagement, retail engagement. • Designing, building and deploying Digital Solutions, technical architecture and services which will help to transform business and IT processes. • Managing stakeholders to understand current and future business strategies and their impact on the IT landscape. • Managing relationships with suppliers and maintenance & support contracts. • Collaborating with global project and business engagement teams in order to rollout global applications and achieve application portfolio standardization/simplification by retiring relevant local applications. • Understanding the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions both from local and global perspective. • Executing projects with third party vendors within defined timeline. • Providing guidance to relevant departments to enable them to execute their strategic plans through the application of relevant principles, practices, standards, processes and tools within assigned scope. • Adhering to relevant principles, practices, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. YOU should have: • At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, MIS or a relevant field • Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technologies • Strong experience in project management and execution of enterprise projects with Agile methodology and tools (Confluence, JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN). • Having background in a multinational working environment is a plus • Strong technical expertise and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business • Having experience in digital projects is a plus • Having experience in Data Science projects is a plus • Having experience in Salesforce.com is a plus • Having experience in DEVOPS and CI/CD Pipeline implementation is a plus • Strong English speaking, writing and communications skills including technical writing • Ability to engage with multi-functional and multi-national stakeholders, operate and deliver in a complex environment • Strong drive, analytical skills, customer focus and ability to work in and with teams What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
