We are looking for an innovative, digital-world follower, out of the box thinker Information Technology Analyst who will be responsible for providing Business Intelligence & Data solutions for Philip Morris. YOU will be responsible for: • Supporting data value chain across respective dimensions of data generation, acquisition, storage, integration, cleansing and processing, and ensure formalized & integrated structure with consistent data architecture, accessibility via dashboards, interfaces and tools. • Improving existing BI & reporting tools and solutions to more advanced analytics and predictions; supporting business decision-making and promote best practices across the organization. • Engaging with stakeholders to understand current and future business strategies and their impact on the IT landscape, helping further define / improve data requirements in order to achieve business goals. • In collaboration with business and respective parties, structuring and identifying key strategic problems to be solved with respect to the data / analytics opportunities by translating key business ideas into clear advanced analytics use-cases solutions. • Taking accountability for the solution delivery and projects management while executing projects with third party vendors within defined timeline while understanding the IT service delivery model and IT processes and from local and global perspective. • Collaborating with global project and business engagement teams in order to rollout global applications and achieve application portfolio standardization/simplification by retiring relevant local applications. YOU should have: • At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, MIS, or a relevant field • Between 3-7 years of experience in data architecture projects, data engineering, database & ETL modeling, business data-marts design and maintenance • Experienced with one or more BI Reporting platforms (Power- BI preferred) • Experience in project management and technical system analysis with Agile methodology and tools (Confluence, JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN) • Snowflake experience, Matillion knowledge and SCRUM certification is a plus • Strong knowledge on RDBMS preferably competency with SQL • Experience with Cloud data & BI services and knowledge of modern Cloud and/or Big Data infrastructure is a great plus (preferably AWS Cloud Platform) • Strong English speaking, writing and communications skills including technical writing • Ability to operate and deliver clearly in an ambiguous and complex environment • Strong ability to influence and engage with multi-functional stakeholders • High level of autonomy, strong entrepreneurship, collaboration skills and drive for results • Intense customer focus and ability to think out of box solutions to deliver best customer experience.
