Manager GBS Governance & Controls

As the GBS Governance and Controls Manager, it is your responsibility to support GBS through advice and active monitoring and governance of service assets, compliance and application of prevailing document and data legislation, firm policies and standards. Draft, Maintain and roll-out governance and controls framework that supports GBS Operations in partnership with the different teams within GBS. This role will play a key part in enabling the business to ensure consistent delivery of services by establishing a process documentation controls regime, capacity plan framework, inter-affiliate agreement governance model and GBS charging mechanism. Further the role will ensure business continuity by establishing the business continuity management framework and annual activity calendars. You will drive the “Controls Culture” (1st Line of Defense) and monitor compliance to Chart of Controls application. What you need to have • You must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science or related field • You have proven experience in Service Management, preferably in a GBS set-up • You have clear understanding on Controls and Compliance concept • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy issues especially for employee data is critical on this role • You must possess effective communication, presentation, planning and organizational skills, and controls mindset • Strong stakeholder management is critical for you to be successful in this role with a focus on your consumers • Working knowledge with Power BI is a plus What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
