Key Accountabilities As a Senior IT Analyst, you will; • Lead projects in relation to deployment, integration and support of locally and centrally developed/managed IT solutions for the area B2C, B2B and/or Data domains. • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement. • Clearly define deliverables, timelines and dependencies for project team members, external consultants, and internal key stakeholders • Facilitate deployment of new functional modules according to business requirements • Coordinate external consultants, vendors and internal project teams during the project execution. • Maintain active contact and communication with key business stakeholders and provide advice on business matters having IT implications, in order to achieve competitive advantage and facilitate business development. • Promote and share the global IT portfolio and offer differentiated consumer experience Contribute into IT Transformation through evaluation of the most cutting-edge tech solutions being focused on experimentation, delivering and piloting of MVPs as well as manage proper industrialization of newly built solutions (including industrialization, deployment, and post- implementation support) • Ensure adherence to all PMI policies and guidelines on security and compliance by leading the assessment and implementation of IT Security requirements in order to minimize risks regarding data privacy, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information as (to be) processed, stored, retained in IT systems. • Ensure IT expenditures, including capital expenditures are properly documented, budgeted and approved in line with local and PMI requirements, and regularly carry out budget controls and cost projections during the year to ensure availability of funds & avoid budget overspending Required Experience: • 5+ years of experience in IT Systems Deployment/Operations role. Experience with FMCG or Consulting an added advantage. • Application development & deployment experience, configuration, and support of different Indirect / Direct Retail Digital B2B2C solutions will be an advantage. • Technical “knowhow” in the area of API integration, Cloud Computing (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure etc.) and Mobile/Web apps will be an advantage. • Knowledge and deep understanding of ITSM – Information Technology Service Management, establish and maintain a fully updated BCP & DR documentation in our central documentation repository. • Practical experience in Project and Service Management will be an advantage. • Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) is a plus. • A person with the skill of perspective thinking and ability to learn quickly. • Some travels may be required. General Qualifications: • University degree (Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent) with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT • Proper combination of digital savviness and technical “knowhow”, which should result in solid level of autonomy in decision making. • Fluent in French & English both written and spoken • Ability to navigate in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity with diverse stakeholders. • Strong analytical thinking capabilities and ability to address business challenges and opportunities with customer focus. • Creative approach to problem solving. • Clear written and verbal communications skills; Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative, and flexible; excellent time management and organizational skills. • Good teamwork and collaboration.
