Your ‘day to day’: The Commercial Sales Manager will ensure compliance with sales volumes, market share and financial targets through an effective management of resources. Manage and develop a team of sales experts, establishing robust action plans to ensure we are achieving sales, distribution, visibility and pricing objectives. Lead the implementation of all market plans ensuring we comply with all Philip Morris guidelines. Monitor competitor actions and anticipate/react to competitor initiatives. Who we’re looking for: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field • Proficiency in English and Papiamento • 5+ years of previous experience as Sales Manager, Commercial Manager or any other related. • Experience in planning and implementing sales and commercial strategies. • Experience in customer relationship management. • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
