The Talent & Performance Specialist role is accountable for the accurate execution of the Performance and Talent processes administration and support. The Specialist will then contribute to the services in Performance and Talent cycles scope, which includes process, system consultancy and troubleshooting, data and customer support, in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and KPIs. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A person with business discernment, ideally through P&C Administrator / Specialist experience. • A person with demonstrable ability to work in an ambiguous environment. • A person enjoying HR systems – based work, being able to connect the dots between multiple solutions and processes. • A person comfortable with Excel and other MS tools, being able to combine, analyze and visualize data from multiple data sources and different formats. WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance, employee pension plan • Sodexo Lunch card, Cafeteria program including Multisport card • Hybrid working model • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Multi – leveled Performance and Talent cycle operational support (Objectives setting, Development planning, PIP, Feedback, Checkpoints, 360, YER, FTO). • Process and system consultancy incl. access management questions • System troubleshooting in case of issues raised • Reporting out of existing data sources incl. basic data visualizations • Team's Dashboards refreshment incl. relevant permissions • Data management and system administration • Data delivery for external reporting sources (e.g. PBI, Learning Content Matching) • Prior to the cycle, contributes to Performance and Talent SFSF modules readiness by participating in UAT and other relevant testing rounds • Contributes to Performance and Talent backlog by sharing observations and trends out of the customer cases received • Participates in local, regional or global projects related to Performance and Talent Management • Supports the Partners with Performance and Talent Partner in cycle launch and closure activities Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
