The Talent & Performance Specialist role is accountable for the accurate execution of the Performance and Talent processes administration and support. The Specialist will then contribute to the services in Performance and Talent cycles scope, which includes process, system consultancy and troubleshooting, data and customer support, in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and KPIs. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A person with business discernment, ideally through P&C Administrator / Specialist experience. • A person with demonstrable ability to work in an ambiguous environment. • A person enjoying HR systems – based work, being able to connect the dots between multiple solutions and processes. • A person comfortable with Excel and other MS tools, being able to combine, analyze and visualize data from multiple data sources and different formats.
