Corporate Entities are very diverse, ranging from service and distribution entities, through manufacturers, to the trademarks and other intellectual property (IP) rights owner and are located in the USA, Switzerland, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Denmark. Complex and often unique processes are hosted in Corporate Entities, in order to be understood and controlled, require collaboration with many Teams across PMI, in Finance and other functions: Central and Regional teams, Integrated Business Services and Centers of Expertise, and Markets worldwide. • Conduct monthly checks of Income Statement (IS) and Balance Sheets (BS) for multiple legal entities • Ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards • Proactively identify financial discrepancies and potential risks. Work towards resolution of discrepancies and establishing effective controls to mitigate risks • Prepare IS and BS variance analyses for legal entities in scope • Prepare BS budget and assist in preparation of IS budget • Present financial results and findings to the Finance Director and Legal Entities Controller • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to gather necessary information • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required, providing valuable insights to aid in decision-making processes • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance controlling function • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in financial records and reporting systems Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
