As a Zonal Business Supervisor based in Miri, you will be the key person to execute implementation plans and collaborate with business partners to achieve business goals/objectives. You are tasked to be a change enabler for transformation in assigned zone. Your “day to day” • Support and execute Head of Zonal's (HOZ) Business Direction & Strategy and Zonal Business Manager's (ZBM) implementation plan of assigned zone. • Support ZBM in seeking new business opportunities / partnerships for expansion / growth through competitive market intelligence. • Provide business review and reporting of assigned zone territory to ZBM. • Regularly engage collaborators and partners; address business challenges / concerns / objectives like Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) adoption, In Market Share (IMS) Recommendations, Offtake, Philip Morris Rewards Club (PMRC) / Key Account Program Updates, Category Education and Lead generation for General Trade (GT) Retailers and Key Account outlet operators / owners. • Continuously supervise and coach performance / deliverables of partner's team deliverables including but not limited to daily operations. • Ensure physical optimization of route plan and in-call mission activities are adhered to consistently. • Ensure self and all GT Retailer Collaborators / partners comply with all PMI Principles & Practices, Code of Conduct, Commercial processes, local and Federal laws. • Support the digital strategy and roadmap through on-ground execution while leveraging on digital solutions and continuously educate retailers on our digital platforms. Essential skills and competencies: • Minimum 3 year of professional experience in Sales Field, preferably in FMCG. • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with strong financial acumen. • Experienced in engaging with different business stakeholders and possesses strong influencing skills. • Well-developed critical thinking skills, with an ability to apply logic and challenge assumptions. • A self-starter, ability to prioritize, conflict-resolution skills and adhere to business-critical deadlines. • Computer savvy especially in MS Office. • Strong knowledge in regulatory requirements. • Diploma/Business Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related disciplines.
