About the TEAM You will support the Excellence of Execution team, a division of Commercial Planning, on its mission to provide our consumer-facing employees with the necessary information, skillset and knowledge to enable excellent execution. You will assist the team in outsourcing non-value-added activities to third parties, prepare assignments as well as the logistics to complete them and manage execution. Who we’re looking for Currently studying for Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications or related fields Strong communication skills Understanding of project management fundamentals Energy & drive to execute Caring mentality & collaborative approach Consumer-centric mindset Fluent in English, German and French a strong advantage Roles & Objectives Support the team leader in coordinating the needs of our internal stakeholders, in order to establish an action plan for the various implementations in the market. Support the team leader in the preparation of assignments, including the development of briefings and preparation of materials, ensuring proper understanding and excellent execution of third parties. Support the team leader in ensuring that the work performed by the third parties is in line with our expectations and in the case of non-compliance prepare an action plan. Provide logistical support to ensure that materials are sent to the agency or merchandisers on time.
